Broder Abrahamsen

Broder Abrahamsen has been part of the ADCURAM team since 2011 and a partner of ADCURAM Group since 2022. After studying business informatics at the European Business School and earning an MBA in the USA, he began his career at the system house Origin, where he gained deep insight into business processes by implementing ERP systems in industrial companies. He then moved to the strategic level at L.E.K. Consulting in Munich, where he focused on implementing M&A strategies, conducting commercial due diligences and creating value through investment companies. As a partner, he developed the team there to over 70 employees. Subsequently, Broder Abrahamsen moved to Bavaria Industriekapital as Managing Director, where he focused on classic carve-outs as well as restructuring cases, before joining the ADCURAM M&A team as a reinforcement. In his 25-year career, he has successfully implemented many national and international acquisitions and exits and is familiar with dealing with corporate groups, entrepreneurs and employees. At ADCURAM he is responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development together with his colleague Dr. Philipp Gusinde.
