Dr. Philipp Gusinde

Dr. Philipp Gusinde has been a member of the executive board of ADCURAM Group since 2016. After a professional education in banking, he studied and achieved his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and started his career at the investment company Apax Partners, where he accompanied numerous management buy-outs and growth financings as Senior Principal in the company’s New York and Munich offices. He then moved to join Bavaria Industriekapital as Managing Director, where he focused on traditional carve-out and restructuring cases. As a founding partner and member of the investment committee, he was most recently responsible for building up the Munich-based investment company Bregal Unternehmerkapital. During his career of more than 20 years, he has led many high-profile domestic and international investment projects and therefore contributed significantly to the successful development of the involved companies. At ADCURAM, he is responsible for mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate development together with his colleague Broder Abrahamsen.
