Munich, May 03, 2022 – The Munich-based industrial holding ADCURAM is expanding its management team: As of April 1, 2022, Broder Abrahamsen, previously Executive Director M&A/Corporate Development at ADCURAM, will strengthen the existing group of partners around Dr. Philipp Gusinde, Michael Feldt and Henry Brickenkamp.
Broder Abrahamsen will therefore be heading the M&A division of the industrial holding company together with Dr. Philipp Gusinde and Michael Feldt with immediate effect. In addition to driving new acquisitions and the sale of portfolio companies, he will also be responsible for the further development of the already strongly positioned M&A team.
Broder Abrahamsen has already been part of the ADCURAM team since 2011. As previous Executive Director M&A / Corporate Development, he has a strong track record in pragmatically carving out non-strategic parts of groups, successfully structuring succession solutions in medium-sized companies and further developing companies through strategic acquisitions. In addition, he has successfully and profitably implemented exits to international groups and financial investors. Thus, together with the team, he has been instrumental in driving the deal activity of the group over the past eleven years. Prior to joining ADCURAM, he held positions including Managing Director M&A at a Munich-based industrial holding company and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting.
“We are pleased to welcome Broder Abrahamsen to our partner circle in recognition of his achievements. With his extensive experience in the market and years of internal knowledge of ADCURAM, he is the perfect fit to expand our management team and will contribute significantly to the sustainable success of our group,” says Dr. Philipp Gusinde. “Identifying new, promising companies and supporting them on their way to becoming a successful and healthy growing medium-sized company – this is a task I have been pursuing with great passion for years. I look forward to driving the expansion of our portfolio and the further development of our industrial holding company in my new role together with my fellow managing directors,” explains Broder Abrahamsen.
