Munich-based industrial holding ADCURAM Group has completed the acquisition of prefabricated house specialists Streif, Schwabenhaus and Danhaus following approval by the relevant competition authorities.

Streif, Schwabenhaus and Danhaus operate as independent B2C suppliers of prefabricated and energy-efficient houses. ADCURAM is taking over the companies as part of a generation change.

The group of companies is one of the leading companies in the industry with more than 210 million euros in sales and over 1000 houses per year. The group is supported by Streif, which is one of the pioneers in the prefabricated house market with around 85,000 completed houses, and by Schwabenhaus, also an established provider of turnkey houses. Danhaus, headquartered in Flensburg, completes the group by specializing in clinkered facades and the Nordic architectural style.

The focus of the 3 brands is on the construction of sustainable and turnkey single-family homes in timber frame construction with versatile living concepts, via bungalows to generation or row houses. With two production sites, the brands are present throughout Germany via sales representatives and are represented in several prefabricated house worlds with show houses.

Together with the management, the company is being prepared for a further successful future. Against this background, targeted expansion investments in machinery will be made to create production capacity. The growth strategy also includes strengthening sales and expanding digitization expertise.
