Succession planning – a topic that is gaining priority in many companies, especially with the end of the pandemic. Here, preparation is the be-all and end-all. Finding a suitable buyer is not always easy. Board member and investment expert Dr. Philipp Gusinde explains in “Handelsblatt” some factors and thoughts which are relevant and to be considered in the process of change. “Many entrepreneurs have used the phase of the pandemic to deal with their own life planning. Against this background, succession inquiries are now likely to be increasingly carried to the market.”
