MEA is an international active group of companies with over 130 years of experience in its market and production sites in Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Romania and China. Innovative products and solutions make the MEA group one of the leading suppliers for the construction sector. MEA offers a broad range of solutions for drainage, basement construction, metal applications and fittings. MEA’s special competencies include light wells and framed window systems for basements, drainage solutions and custom-sized gratings.

ADCURAM has accompanied MEA since mid-2018; the long-established company’s staff has since then grown to a total of around 700. Through driving organic growth as well as the add-on acquisition of the stainless-steel grating specialist ASM, based in Münsingen, Germany, the construction of a new plant in Pilsen in the Czech Republic, and the acquisition of several major new customers, ADCURAM and the MEA management team have been able to increase the company’s revenues to EUR 130 million in recent years. In the long term, further add-on acquisitions are planned along with the further expansion of strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers around the globe. Due to a close-knit sales and distribution network, MEA products are already available almost all over the world today. Nonetheless, the company’s global activities are to this day still managed from its original headquarters in Aichach near Augsburg in Germany.
