Streif was founded as early as 1929 as one of the oldest providers of prefabricated houses and is today one of the pioneers in the market with around 85,000 completed house projects. The focus is on building attractive, sustainable and turnkey single-family homes in wood-frame construction. Streif is a leader in the construction of houses in high energy efficiency classes (KfW40). With a wide selection of different house types and configuration options, the houses can be highly customized. With a production site in Germany and numerous show houses, the brand is represented throughout Germany by sales representatives. Today, the company and its 300 employees generate sales of almost 100 million euros, making it one of the largest companies in the prefabricated house sector.

ADCURAM has taken over the company in the course of a generation change in 2021. Together with the management, Streif is being prepared for a further successful future. To generate growth, capacity expansions in production in particular are planned.
